What site preparations are needed before installation?

Modified on Sun, 26 Oct at 1:37 PM

Wolttinen will evaluate your site’s readiness during the planning phase.

We will check the main fuse capacity and whether there are free circuits in your electrical panel. The charger will need a dedicated cable run from the main or sub-panel. For home installations, they also consider where to mount the unit (outdoors, carport, garage) and ensure it’s appropriate for weather exposure. If your building’s electrical capacity is limited, Wolttinen can install load management to safely share power. Essentially, no major preparations are required on your part – Wolttinen's team will survey and handle any electrical upgrades or adjustments needed to install the charger safely.
