Starting a charge is easy, and the process is similar at all charging points. However, there may be slight differences depending on whether the station is public or private. Once you have registered and added a payment method to your account, starting a charge in the future becomes very quick and simple.

Below are the most common ways to authenticate and start charging:

SCAN THE QR CODE 

• Scan the QR code at the charging station. This will automatically take you to the Woltti web app. Register as a user, log in, and add a credit card. You can then start, monitor, and stop charging using the web app.

Note: Commonly used at public charging stations.

DOWNLOAD THE WOLTTI APP

• Register as a user, log in, and add a credit card. Use the app to scan the QR code at the charging station or locate the station on the map. Start, monitor, and stop charging directly through the app.The Woltti app is available on Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).

Note: Commonly used at charging stations operated by companies, municipalities, associations, and housing cooperatives.

USE AN RFID TAG

• If you have been provided with an RFID tag, you can start charging by presenting the tag to the station’s reader. Payment will be processed according to the station owner’s method (e.g., invoicing). Order your RFID tag here.

Note: Commonly used at private charging stations, such as those in housing cooperatives, companies, and other non-public locations.
