If a charge does not begin, we recommend checking a few things:
- Make sure you have added a payment card in the Woltti APP.
- Ensure that the correct payment method is selected (usually balance for public stations).
- Verify the cable is firmly connected both to the car and the station.
If charging still doesn’t start within the normal time:
- Unplug from both ends; car and charging station and reconnect the cable and try again.
Different car models and chargers have specific timeouts, so a fresh start may help. In most cases, ensuring your account is in good standing and the cable is properly attached will resolve the issue.
