Check your account that you have chosen the right payment method. For registered users: Balance. Invoicing for Housing Cooperatives and Companies.
Check cable connection
If the charging session does not begin, unplug both ends of the cable, wait a moment, and try again. Make sure your payment method is valid. Attempt to start the session promptly.
