The EV driver bears the costs of their own charging. This includes the device and installation (if it’s a personal parking spot charger), service fees, and the electricity consumed.
In a housing company setup, the apartment owner or tenant who uses the charger pays for the energy and any service fees, while the housing company isn’t charged for those ongoing costs. Housing companies are only responsible for their existing electrical infrastructure maintenance.
